The delectable potassium-and-protein combo ended up more like banana-filled scrambled eggs than anything that might resemble pancakes.
Possible pitfalls for me here may have been:
- Elderly bananas: My bananas were closer to a ripe old banana-bread-making age. I'll bet some nice, crisp, fresh bananas would have added a lot less... musk.
- The Greek touch: Sunni said that she used Greek yogurt in her outrageously successful version of my utter failure. I wouldn't be surprised if that gave a little more girth to the final product.
