Week 4 Diet Plan


Week 4: Chad’s Diet

Day 1:

B: Yogurt w/ Flaxseed
S: Handful of Walnuts
L: Tuna salad with Broccoli
S: Kambucha drink (chia seeds)
D: Salmon with Brussel Sprouts 

Day 2:

B: Oatmeal with Strawberries
S: Apple
L: Spinach salad with cranberries, walnuts, 3oz Chicken breast
S: Almonds with Orange
D: Chicken Breast with Spaghetti Squash

 Day 3:

B: Yogurt Smoothie (Blackberries, Strawberries, Flaxseed, Yogurt, Orange Juice)
S: Orange and Green Tea
L: Turkey Wrap with hummus and veggies
S: Banana with Peanut Butter
D: Salmon with Kale with Quinoa

Day 4:

B: Oatmeal with Flaxseed and Cinnamon
S: Chia Seed with Yogurt
L: Tuna with Flat bread and Spinach
S: Orange
D: Kale and Spaghetti Squash 

Day 5:

B: Scrambled Eggs
S: Carrots and Broccoli
L: Summer Rolls with Tofu

S: Hummus with Broccoli
D: Lamb with Safran Rice and Kale
