Week 1

So far week 1 is going really good... I have noticed that somedays (most days) I don't even need to eat as much as was given. I have been sticking to the plan very well and don't feel as hungry as I usually do when I diet! Eating so many fruits and vegetables really keeps my energy high and I don't feel as tired during the day as when I eat really heavy meals!!
